SkillsTrackerIQ is the enterprise-level solution for workforce competency management.
While providing the individual their own personalised Skills Passport, it allows organisations to integrate their own competency frameworks for an end-to-end solution to enable role-specific skills management and development.
Organisations can incorporate their own competency framework(s) or adopt standard industry-wide standards as a basis for skills assessments.
Typically, such framework are tailored at the Role level and standardised assessment levels (i.e., 'Blooms Taxonomy') is applied to assess across 0 ('Awareness') to 4 ('Expert') rating scale. However, for enterprise customers scales , terminology and roles are fully customisable.
As in the AspireIQ platform, individual users are provided with their own personalised Skills Passport. This allows for self-assessment of competency attainment (against the approved framework), identification of skills gaps (according to Role), and to plan for career progression (for additional skills needs according to their 'aspirational' role). Individuals can also add their own certificates and accreditations to their record as 'evidence of attainment', as well as tracking development, to support their regular Personal Performance Review (PPR) process.
In the event the individual leaves the organisation, they can elect to retain their own Skills Passport for continued development - an invaluable aid in the event their return to that organisation in the future.
Training Assessment & Matching
In order to identify the training of best-fit to the development needs of individuals, training providers are enabled with a 'Training Audit Interface' within SkillsTrackerIQ. This is a self-audit tool which provides an easy to use interface for aligning and assessing proposed training courses against the competency framework of the organisation. Not only can providers assess training against the adopted standard but these are then matched against the identified skills and knowledge gaps of individuals.
In this way individuals within the workforce have access to their own personalised and targeted education marketplace specific to their needs.
